That she is a tiny girl who wants to keep playing football in high school.
She would get absolutely destroyed if she played high school ball. That is why they created the all girls league and wanted an all girls team in high school.

I remember when girls soccer wasn't sanctioned by the UHSAA. Then they followed the rules, and built ground up.
