You might want to make sure of that. IDK either but you may be surprised. Seems a lot like soccer programs in the 90's.
Having enough teams to run a club sport is quite different than what's needed for a sanctioned one.

I remember when girls soccer wasn't sanctioned by the UHSAA. Then they followed the rules, and built ground up.
