BYU smack. My math teacher hated BYU (and the Dallas Cowboys). As a 9th grader I wore a BYU sweatshirt early in the school year. That got me the name, "BYU". He'd say, "BYU, erase the board" and I'd get up and erase the board. I didn't really fight back. There was a kid in the class that often talked back... and this teacher totally bullied him (sending him to the office and kicking him out of class — even when he was the instigator). Now, this was a good teacher, but a jerk.

Also, there were kids that would say, "BYU sucks". It didn't really hurt my feelings or affect me much because BYU was good. Now, when BYU strings together several good seasons and the occasional awesome season, BYU will gain fans of kids that don't have links to the school, again.
