Yes, both vaccinated and unvaccinated can spread it, but the studies show that how contagious you are depends on your viral load and your symptoms (like if you're coughing you're more likely to be launching the virus around you). Vaccinated individuals are less likely to spread it because their viral load is typically reduced and they are less likely to have symptoms that help transmit the virus.
