It is the harsh truth
I had a friend die last week of COVID. Late 40s, way too much debt and way too little life insurance. The hospital bill must have been seven figures (over a month in ICU). After seeing the wreckage left behind, I went from devastated to kind of pissed off he put his family in that position.
I don't know what his reasoning for not taking the shot was. I have a 65 year old overweight half brother with COPD who will not take the shot. My 86 year old step mom just moved out to live near him. My wife and I are thinking we will be picking the pieces up soon when Rich gets COVID and dies. My step mom got vaccinated. Rich is an idiot.

Not in Idaho, but we had 3 patients under 28 die in our hospital over the weekend. A 4th who was thirty died at home.
