co-workers' that went to MIT, Stanford, USC, GT, Rice, Santa Clara, UCLA, UT, Michigan, Wisc, UCSD, Cal Poly, etc. Managers agree. There's not a real big difference among the undergrad curriculum at the wide range of "good" engineering schools.

It is the same in engineering. No one cares at all about your undergrad degree if you got a masters or PhD.
