Is it just me, or does it seem like this type of thing is happening more than it should. This plus the Jordan Chatman thing, hearing that Guinn and Aytes are probably leaving, seeing Mika explore the draft, etc. Seems like we're seeing an unusually high number of transfers and hurt feelings. Signs of a program in a bit of turmoil?

Doesn't have to be. It is that way for all NCAA sports. Unless the school offers says 4-years. Most are 1 year.
