I would say Rose can coach kids up but maybe he struggles to coach up the walk-on kids to be major contributors. or the kids that need a deeper level or to coach up a 2nd team to develop bench strength.

I don't get the uproar over a walk on that only saw the court because of injuries and never preformed at above a mediocre level in the minutes he had (we shouldn't expect much from a FR let alone a walk on). we need defense and some athleticism off the bench imo. Beo is probably a great person and a nice kid but we need to find some defense from the bench. I wish the kid well where ever he ends up.
