Both schools treated us as family and not as a business. Granted this was 15 years ago and not at top tier athletic programs. With that being said, its interesting how different coaches treat you when they think you can help them and how they treat you when they don't think you can help them anymore. Its cut throat and that's why players should be treated as employees, not as amateurs. Schools have all the power, really not very fair.
