However, I disagree that BYU fans don't have a say in where the money goes. Donate to the Cougar Club and it'll support BYU athletics. Donate to the Coaches Circle and support the coaching salaries (including expanding the pot for assistant coaches). BYU isn't going to let money sit unused. The football program is obviously a priority in the athletics department.

Or, are you saying that you want big money donors (and fans) to have more say in the day-to-day operations of the program? If this is your point, then I completely disagree...that'd be a disaster.
