Its obvious that the school has plenty of money to spend on athletics, but their priorities are elsewhere. That's fine, but don't spend like a mid-level G5 and expect to be a P5 with P5 results. Long story short, I think the church oversees and gives a general direction for how the school needs to go, but I put it WAY more on BYU's administration.
