You've repeated yourself a lot about the marginal benefits and marginal costs, but the administration and I don't see eye to eye on where those are equal and where they are not. The fact is that once my money leaves my pocket they can spend it anywhere they like, so me posting extra cash does nothing to ensure it gets allocated where I think there is more marginal benefit.
