Ograniztion needs to continually self evaluate for progress, efficiency, management authority, decision process, etc. Every organization can do better, in some cases much better, including the church/ BYU bureaucracy. There’s clearly not a lot of market incentives for these evaluations, so why not critique / debate the perceived inefficiencies for at least some type of incintive for improvement?
