My Sister did this while living in a rural area a couple hours outside St. Louis
Not sure exactly what happened, but my Neice had respiratory issues and ended up getting a flight for life to a hospital in St. Louis.
Doctors had told my Sister that her baby may have brain damage, but they would not know until they had ran some additional tests. Luckily everything ended up being fine and they were release almost a week later. It was awful for her and she blamed herself while they were in the hospital.
