I’m sure if they know going into the birth that there is a high risk...
then the majority of them go to the hospital. It is the ones where the risk isn’t apparent that makes me question these reports. When something not pre-existing like a sublation occurs then what happens to those stats?

The truth is that at least in the western world enough is known now in prenatal care and other pregnancy issues that probably the vast majority of births will go off without an issue but that doesn’t mean that when an issue occurs everything is equal.

It’s the unexpected complication that is most likely to end in tragedy so why risk that simply out of vanity?
