They are never going to be USC or Oregon and they will never have the funding of Washington, Cal, or UCLA. However, schools like Oregon State have still found ways to be successful and Utah can do the same with the right moves. They could also continue to struggle as well. However, it makes the great years even more special and it will really help the University to grow and gain more national notoriety, so I don't think there are any regrets.
