They already give ND

preference for scheduling. BYU can't play Utah in Nov. but Stanford and USC can schedule ND. hmmmm. There is obvious religious bias. All other explanations/reasons just support the bias. If the reasons they added Utah and Colorado were true, Larry Scott would not have said the next two targets are SDSU and Boise St.
