I wonder when the law of diminishing returns starts to occur.
How much of that money will result in on field success or increased on field success. Obviously Utah will experience a boost, but how big will the difference make.

Secondly, I'm throroughly convinced that recruiting is the largest factor to success. Furthermore, Utah will not be successful by trying to follow the BYU model by trying to get the top LDS recruits, because they will never be BYU. Also, BYU will never be USC, Alabama, or Notre Dame because BYU is who they are. BYU success is dependent on getting the top LDS recruits along with your occasional christian kid. This model won't work for Utah, and I firmly believe that if they keep recruiting as the anti-BYU, their success will be limited.
