Utah has massive facility needs though for the PAC. $$ goes there first
Football will get its share since it drives the financial engine, but the U has the build some expensive new facilities as well. Track and field, Baseball, soccer, Swimming?polo, if they go that route, among others. The U is now firmly in the sports arm race with other PAC schools. Gotta keep up.
