This is the exact reason why Utah must pay its own way going forward. Not $1 of
state money should be used to upgrade RES for the next Olympics bid. Not 1 cent. In fact, it would be wise for The U to be required to put $5M in an escrow account each year (beginning next year) for the funding of the next RES expansion. Betcha that Chris Hill is planning on the Utah taxpayers paying for that expansion. Must not happen!
