Judgmental, yes. I'm doing it too. We're all just going off of this one comment,
which, to me, sounds like he's saying he wants to leave the door open for the possibility of the handful of things that could get a player in trouble with the team at BYU. He doesn't say he doesn't like the HC. He says he doesn't want to get kicked off the team for "mistakes" that wouldn't get you kicked off a team at any other school. There are only two or three "mistakes" that fit that catagory.
We're being judgmental, yes, because we're making a judgment off of pretty limited information. But the information we have isn't terribly ambiguous. As someone said below, kid wants to leave the door open for partying.
