it's only a worry for people who have something to worry about...
...should a non-smoker who doesn't live or work or hang with any smokers be afraid to go to church because they might smell like smoke? And even if someone did smell like smoke and feels reluctant to go to church, isn't that the place they need to be? Wouldn't it help strengthen them spiritually?
The only reason someone should be afraid of the HC is if they are living a lifestyle that would run them afoul of it which means they likely in many cases lied to their Bishop to get in in the first place (ecclesiastical endorsement).
