I was very careful.
BYU has a higher law attached to it, just as the others do. I never said they were identical, and I carefully pointed out that this kind of situation is true with MANY things in life, not just BYU.
Your objection is nothing more than a hubristic attempt to avoid the underlying issue. It's a pretty common thing here on CB to throw the "wow" card out and claim that someone said there was equivalency when they were only pointing out a similarity in ONE way. Of course there are many differences between going to BYU and being baptized or whatever. Despite those many differences, in this one way there is a similarity. You know all this of course, but just wanted to be shocked by my "equivalency". Your objection is, therefore, nonsense.
