Need to shut up. It's a bad look for all of us. It's very true that the honor code is archaic and outdated. They really need to do away with anything that is a higher "standard " than a freaking temple recommend.
I expect that a fairly major revamp of the honor code is around the corner. Pride is the only reason it hasn't happened yet.
