We should absolutely concerned with why the numbers are declining
And we should be doing far more to help *any* student who is struggling with school (for any number of reasons) to be successful.
I can tell you, BYU is often unnecessarily difficult, and it has nothing to do with academic competency.

After many years of being involved in academics, I can tell you, people from all races are capable of performing well at university. To think otherwise ludicrous.
