An unfortunate opinion.. I'll call your thinktank and raise you a supreme court
This is was never meant to be a discussion about the merits or evils or unfairness of whatever of AA policies.

I do happen to believe there are very real social and economic justice issues in this country and AA has been a flawed but important tool in addressing some of these.

You may not agree but if you want some very good counter-evidence that AA has played a critical role in evening the social and economic playing field in America, the internet is your friend.

I certainly don't agree with the US Supreme Court and happen to feel they have wielded too much power at times, in effect creating their own legislation. That being said, there have been some very intelligent, reasoned, and well argued Supreme Court opinions on this (both sides).
