Tell me where I said SOAR is solving the problem & that it's enough. You need to
take a step back and read more closely.
The only way to really increase diversity in the student body is to reach out to these potential students in high school and SOAR is indeed a great start. Never said it solved the problem. But we need more programs similar to SOAR. AND...there's too little data in your graph to draw any conclusions as to why BYU's minority population has decreased.
