Are placed on bringing in good coaches. Only desperate limited experience guys are going to want to coach at BYU.... where recruiting is a nightmare and the coaches are required to live the HC. Not many guys, other than LDS, will want to coach under those circumstances... especially if the money isn't that much better than elsewhere.
