Great post. And i agree.....every b should see this now. It’s been obvious for
a long time. I’ve continued to say that it is almost impossible for this type of culture to be allowed and then fixed by the same person. In any organization. I don’t know that kalani can ever recover. He made a big rookie mistake that many coaches and leaders do. Most can fix the mistake while in the same prganization as the mistake was made.
