We must not be listening to the same media outlets.
Because, over and over again, I’ve heard things like: Practice is easier, coaches are more laid back, etc. But it’s also about what we aren’t hearing:

From Bronco, we heard how tough practices were, how he made them work, earn, everything. Especially after losing games, he went crazy. 2010 and 14 he worked the heck out of them after losses and fired coaches. Losing was not taken in stride. It was not easy. He did the triathlon thing with his athletes. Everything was about discipline, no entitlement, earning your spot, even if you were a starter or an upperclassman. You get nothing until you earn it. Hard-nose, hard-line discipline.

We’re not we’ll connected with the team and yet with our limited exposure through media outlets you can feel the difference. If you can’t feel the difference then I don’t know what to say.
