Have you ever had responsibility for a large organization? Certainly
establishing culture takes time but after two years there ought to be ample evidence. I see none here. I know of no board of directors that would give a CEO more than two years to right the ship. Especially given the trend of an okay first year followed by a disastrous second year. No board would not tolerate that.
