The first red flag came for me during fall camp. I remember hearing players talk
about how laid back and fun practices were compared to the way they used to be. Comments like that are symptomatic of a lack of discipline and accountability. Players laughing and joking around on the sidelines during a game (which we've all seen) when they are losing is also very troubling. Not the kind of culture that breads success.
