I would say the resources are more of the problem than what you are describing.

There are a lot of good coaches out there that are LDS. So the HC shouldn’t be a problem. We have also seen many non-LDS coaches come in with a lot of excitement. So there are definitely non-LDS coaches that would willingly come here—even if it was just a stepping-stone to getting a HC job somewhere else.
