That was worrisome for me too
I thought, uh-oh, that does not sound good. Even my high school practices could never be described as “fun” or “laid back”.
That screamed lack of discipline to me.
Another thing that’s bothered me is watching players smiling and laughing after losing to the likes of ECU, Utah State, and UMass. Seeing that at the end of the broadcast really caught my attention.
