We need a coach that can establish and define a culture. Really?

How do you know he is not doing that? It's just his 2nd season for crying out loud. Are you in the locker room? Are you at the practices? Do you know all the team activities that go on? Do you know what he is saying to the team behind close doors and one-on-one with each player? It took some time for Bronco. It will take some time for Kalani.
