BYU may kick kids out more, but that's not intolerance. It's a fault of the kid not keeping his end of the deal. That's like saying a teacher is intolerant of a kid cheating because he fails the kid for it.

BYU is very transparent about what is expected. Cal OTOH claims to be diverse and open, but really they are only like that if you think like them. BYU is straightforward about what it is, Cal is not. For that reason, Cal is less tolerant. And more disingenuous.
