doesn’t treat it as murder, and it has not historically been treated like murder in this country.

And yes telling someone they are a murderer when historically,legally, and religiously they are not is very intolerant . If you don’t get that, then you are simply being intolerant yourself and you really don’t have much of an axe to grind with Berkeley students.
