It says it can be allowed in certain extreme situations where the emotional trauma is so severe as to damage the mother mentally and only then after there has been priesthood guidance and a lot of prayer seeking confirmation.

It’s also ok to kill a person in certain situations, like defending ourselves or others including serving our countries, but is a sin at all other times.

Don’t try to make an extremely qualified exception into some form of acceptance because it is not.
