Trying to pretend otherwise is silly.

We date each other because in the end, whether it be that night or hopefully when we marry them, we hope to have sex with them. We hold hands with someone for the same reason, we are acting on a sexual attraction, with the exception of our children of course.

Those things are precursors to sex, there’s a reason for it. And of course homosexual sex is a sin, homosexual marriage is a sin, so the precursors to it are sins. Intent is extremely important in the way we behave.
