Of course the intolerance doesn’t just mean official university administration. If the students and faculty are organizing and making an appearance to speak a safety risk for the speaker himself that shows plenty of intolerance I would say.

Allowing antifa to run unchecked threatening violence against a speaker and those that wish to go and hear him speak seems far more intolerant than anything I’ve ever heard happening at BYU.

We’re talking about the culture more than we are the university administration itself. BYU has no problem allowing liberals to come and speak, and even if some small percentage of BYU students protests that appearance it doesn’t change the speaker being allowed to come and speak in the least.

Despite you not wanting it to be the case the leftist\liberal part of this country is far, far, far more intolerant of opposing views and speech than the conservative part of the country. You aren’t seeing conservatives behaving militantly to shut up liberals on campuses like you are the opposite.
