They played and beat the best teams in the country on the road!
Yes, Utah competition was and always will be a lower level than inner city ball. But they went to inner cities across the country and ran some of the top ranked teams (loaded with college and NBA stars) out of their own gymnasiums. They were the talk of the town everywhere they went. The only team that beat them was a Prep School in Florida that won the Prep School National Championship. Monte Verde Academy! Don’t misrepresent the facts!
