Frank Jackson (signed with Duke in '16), was top-25 in the nation, 5-star recruit. Bailey (signed with Marquette, also in '16) and Childs and Baxter - that same year - were top-100 guys, all legit 4-star recruits.
Akot (signed with Arizona in '17), was top-25 in the nation, 5-star recruit.
This year's class has four 4-star guys - commits to Nevada, Oregon, and Utah. Enaruna hasn't committed yet, but has been offered by Kansas, Creighton, Texas Tech, Georgia Tech, and Illinois.
Likewise, the LP3 were legitimate top-100, 4-star recruits. As has been pointed out, if Mika, Emery, Haws, Bryant and Childs had all followed the standard college progression, without leaving early and without the off-court issues, it would be a different storyline this year.
Unfortunately, Childs and Baxter were our last great recruits (from the '16 class).
