You're talking about a few outliers. I'm talking about the general population.
Outside of the big time recruits, there is a disparity to the rest of the competition.
Also, you say Polys but the OP is about all BYU sports not just football. Because you're referencing just football, saying UT is one of the best states to recruit is laughable. They're not even top ten especially with the SEC states.
