Coaches NEVER want to hear from parents
In most cases involving college recruiting in most sports, if a parent contacts the coach, the coach doesn’t want that player. Coaches only want to talk and interact with the kid. Trust me-I know several college coaches who coach baseball and softball. If a kid isn’t capable or mature enough to contact the coach and needs his/her parents, then it is a huge red flag in recruiting.
