Bummer about the walk on program. I have a 12 and 11 year old..
My 12 year old is in the 2% of height/weight so it’s highly unlikely she’ll mature quick enough to be a major d1 recruit. She’s still a top 2 player on her ecnl and will likely end up at a Boise/Utah st type level, though I know she’s kind of a BYU or bust type so I was hoping that the walk on options were there. My 11 year old will be a national level recruit so I’m a little curious how BYU will respond for her on the next couple years.
