Niece had a similar experience - try coach Anderson
She eventually started just communicating with Coach Anderson and had a much better experience. Unfortunately it didn't work out for her and BYU, and that was really the only place she wanted to play. It felt like Rockwood doesn't really feel the need to be personable to any potential recruits except at camps, etc. and I think BYU seems to pick their targets very, very early and literally forget about everyone else.
