I know nothing about Brighton, but the biggest complaint I heard about the PG was there was no discipline for him. Supposedly he would have a bunch of turnovers and the AC/Dad would be very vocal to keep going, keep it all positive etc etc. Then another player makes a similar mistake or misses a 3 and he is all over them, perhaps even pushing to pull him. Maybe he was the only PG option.

No idea if any of this is accurate, but given he is a Dad (sounds like a passionate Dad) everyone will view him a bias. if they want him in the program he should coach JV or a Freshman team, don't have him on the varsity bench while his kids are coaching. Let him cheer and be passionate as parent not a coach.

Nothing against the kid, it is not his fault. I was maybe in the wrong place at the wrong time. It was a tournament over the holidays at Olympus (we family member was not even playing Brighton now that I think of it, we were the following game, but I watched 3/4 of the Brighton game with a friend from Brighton). The vibe was so negative to this coach, I don't know how that is healthy for the program, the boys or even the sons of the coach. Just my 2 cents.
