You are seriously equating elementary schools to high schools?

Dude, not everyone is good, not everyone gets a trophy, not everyone takes it a serious as the other. Competition is good and the best generally rise to the top. Not everyone gets a trophy. Why punish the best so they have to play with the worst? Kids that make school teams can still participate. Go play rec, go play church ball, go play pick-up somewhere. Doesn't mean you are a bad person or any less than someone else. It just means for that particular sport you weren't good enough to participate with the better players. GUESS WHAT? THAT'S LIFE? Not everyone make millions.
