…the kids who work the hardest make the team and are the best. Kids that absolutely stink often don’t care about the sport or realize it is not for them.

Again, you seem to want to be fair about opportunities for all. That is not life, sorry that is the truth. Most kids that want to play a sport can. If they don’t make a team there are alternative activities, not sure why every kid must participate in said sport.

Life is not fair and we don’t all get a chance to do all we desire. That is a great lesson in life, even if you work hard you may not be as good as others.

This is getting to be a lot. Why don’t we move on. You can fight for no cuts, equal chance to play no matter ability nor work ethic, equal for all, intramurals for all and cut opportunities for top kids…I can believe sports are huge for kids, the school, life lessons, development, mental wellness. We can move on.

Sure feels like there is a back story here with you and/or family being cut. Not my place to ask.
