So cancel theater if all kids don’t get a chance to be the lead?

Make everything fair? Sounds like a bad life lesson. Don’t teach hard work, dedication etc. Make it fair, everyone gets a participation trophy.

I know few kids who can’t play a sport if they don’t want.
